Processing typically completes within 48 hours (excluding weekends/holidays). Delivery duration varies by destination: domestic shipments usually reach you within 5-7 business days, while international orders may require 10-20 business days. Remote areas or customs clearance could extend this timeframe. During peak seasons like holidays, allow 2-3 extra days for processing.

• Free Shipping (10-15 Business Days): $60-$9999
Expedited services are temporarily unavailable. Cost calculations are automated at checkout based on cart weight and destination.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to 30+ countries including the US, Canada, UK, EU nations, Australia, and select Asian territories. Restrictions apply to certain regions due to trade regulations—notably Cuba, Iran, and North Korea. For offshore territories (e.g., Guam, Canary Islands), additional transit days may apply. Address validation occurs during checkout; undeliverable locations will trigger an alert.

Order Tracking

Upon shipment, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and carrier link. For consolidated orders with multiple items, track each package separately using the provided IDs. Mobile users can monitor deliveries via carrier apps (e.g., USPS Mobile, DHL Express). If no update appears within 72 hours of the "shipped" notification, check your spam folder or contact us.

Delayed or Lost Shipments
